Cancellation Policy

Orders for Digital Products

Orders for downloadable software or digital content may be cancelled only before access is provided or download is activated.

Once the product has been delivered to the user account, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel a subscription at any time from their account settings.

Cancellation rules:

• Cancellation stops future billing
• Current billing period remains active
• No partial refunds for unused time

Service Cancellation

For website development services:

• Orders may be cancelled before work begins
• If work has already started, a partial charge may apply based on completed work
