This page answers the most common questions regarding purchases, account access, downloads, and subscriptions.

1. I completed payment but did not receive anything

All products on our website are delivered digitally.

After successful payment:

  1. Log in to your account at https://bawabaa.com
  2. Go to My Account → Orders
  3. Open your order
  4. Download links or access permissions will appear there

Access is usually instant.
In some cases, payment verification may take up to 24 hours.

If access still does not appear, contact: support@bawabaa.com

2. How do I download my purchased plugin?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to My Account → Downloads
  3. Click the download button next to the product
  4. Save the .zip file to your computer

Do not unzip the file before uploading to WordPress.

3. How do I install a WordPress plugin?

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard
  2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New
  3. Click Upload Plugin
  4. Upload the .zip file you downloaded
  5. Click Install → Activate

4. I cannot log in to my account

Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

If you no longer have access to your email, contact support with your order information.

5. How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions provide access to premium learning materials and restricted content.

After payment:

  • Access is activated immediately
  • Access remains active for the selected period (daily, weekly, or monthly)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Account → Subscriptions
  3. Select Cancel

Cancellation stops future billing.
Your current access remains active until the billing period ends.

7. I entered the wrong email address during purchase

Contact support immediately with:

  • Payment receipt
  • Name used during purchase

We will manually assign the order to your correct account.
