Replacement Policy

Digital Products

Bawabaa Digital Solutions provides digital software and educational content.
Due to the nature of digital products, traditional physical replacement is not applicable.

However, we guarantee that all delivered files and services will function as described.

A replacement (updated file or corrected access) will be provided in the following cases:

  • Corrupted or unreadable download files
  • Incorrect or missing digital content
  • Defective WordPress plugin functionality caused by our code
  • Account access issues preventing product usage

In such cases, the customer will receive:

  • A corrected file
  • Updated download access
  • Technical assistance to activate the product

What Is Not Covered

Replacement will not be provided if the issue is caused by:

  • Incorrect installation by the customer
  • Incompatible hosting/server environment
  • Conflicts with third-party plugins or themes
  • Modifications made to the product files by the user

How to Request a Replacement

Customers must contact support within 7 days of purchase and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or error message (if available)
