Returns Policy

Because Bawabaa Digital Solutions sells downloadable software and online learning content, physical returns are not possible.

Digital products cannot be returned once:

• Download access has been granted
• The product has been accessed
• Membership content has been viewed

Exceptions

Returns may be considered only if:

• The purchased product is not delivered
• The downloaded file is permanently defective and cannot be corrected
• The service cannot be provided as described

In such cases, customers must contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Important Notice

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the product is a digital good and waives the right to return the product after delivery and access activation.
