Digital Products and Online Courses
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
• Access to the course or product cannot be provided, or
• A technical issue prevents usage and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refunds will not be granted once the customer has fully accessed or downloaded the digital content.
Website Development Services
A refund may be granted only if work on the project has not yet started.
If development work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the completed work and time invested.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Completed and approved work
• Client delays or failure to provide required materials
